Custom products can feel confusing the first time you order. We keep it clear: pick your product, send your design, approve the proof, and wait for your order to arrive.

Upload Your Design
After choosing your product, upload your artwork, logo, photo, design file, or custom text. This is the artwork our team will use to prepare your digital proof.
- Use clear, high-quality artwork whenever possible.
- Make sure your logo, text, photo, or design is spelled correctly before submitting.
- Check that your artwork is the right size and easy to read.

Approve Your Proof
Before production begins, you will review a digital proof. Your proof shows how your custom playing cards, poker chips, puzzle, or bundle design will look before it is printed.
- Check spelling, names, dates, logos, QR codes, colors, and layout carefully.
- Make sure everything is placed the way you want it.
- Request changes before approving if something looks wrong.
- Production begins only after your proof is approved.

We Ship the Order
Once your proof is approved and your custom order is produced, CardPress ships your order to the address provided at checkout. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Production starts after your order is placed, payment is confirmed, and your final digital proof is approved. If your proof needs changes, production waits until the updated proof is approved.
Can CardPress check my artwork?
Yes. If you are unsure about your artwork, send us a message before ordering or review the artwork requirements page. Clear artwork helps your custom product print cleaner.
Can I make changes after proof approval?
Changes should be requested before approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible because the order is already being made.
What if I need a custom quantity?
Use the request a quote page for bulk orders, unique quantities, special deadlines, business projects, event orders, or custom bundle requests.

I worked with CardPress via email and they were friendly and professional, even making two mock-ups so I could decide between possible designs. (I did not use the design consultation offered on the website as my order was quite simple.) The cards shipped safely and quickly, and they match the specifications well. They're easy to shuffle and come in a hard plastic container for convenient transportation. The cards do seem to have bent some after mild use by a friend with a strong grip, but they served my purpose well, especially given that there is no minimum order number for decks.

I cannot thank you enough for the 110% Customer Service & product you provided along with a fair price!! We designed a poker chip to use as a ball marker for our family golf outing. We had a picture of my father-in-law on the one side, and the event details on the other. He passed earlier this year, but started the outing 25+ years ago, so we thought it was fitting to do a little tribute to him. The family was surprised and loved the memento to keep. When we originally received the chips, there was an error, they reprinted correctly & overnighted to receive it in time for the golf outing!! Thanks again & I highly recommend.
