Refund Policy
Every CardPress order is made with your custom artwork, product choices, and order details. Because these products are personalized and produced specifically for you, our refund and return policy is simple.
Custom Orders Are Final
Custom playing cards, poker chips, token cards, puzzles, bundle packs, and personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once produced.
Please Review Carefully
Customers are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, colors, layout, quantities, product selections, crop areas, QR codes, and proof details before approving or submitting an order.
Production Errors
If there is a verified CardPress production error or confirmed manufacturing defect, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or provide another resolution at our discretion.
What Is Non-Refundable
- Customer submitted artwork errors, including spelling, grammar, blurry images, low-resolution files, or incorrect colors.
- Incorrect product selections, quantities, chip styles, card styles, puzzle options, or customization choices submitted by the customer.
- Design details that were approved through a proof or submitted through the customization tool.
- Minor manufacturing tolerances, including slight color, alignment, trim, cut, material, packaging, or print position variations.
- Shipping delays, carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, customs delays, or delivery issues outside of CardPress control.
- Rush fees, shipping costs, or product costs unless specifically approved by CardPress due to a verified production issue.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted the same day as the order was placed, before 5 PM EST.
- Cancellations are only available if the order has not entered production.
- Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled because the product is custom-made and cannot be resold.
- If a cancellation is approved before production begins, fees may apply for payment processing, proofing, design time, setup, or materials already used.
